To give ourselves that competitive edge we spend a great deal of time and energy perfecting our physical and technical aspects of training preparation, but how much time do we devote to training the “mental muscle”? 

Research shows that a number of psychological processes and activities can improve performance.  Cyclotherapy is all about the employment of specific evidence-based psychological techniques to maximise performance by making sure that our mental activity during preparation and competition is designed to bring the best out of us.
